Jun 28, 2004 - Aero Club Milano will host, on Jul 10 2004, aa session of demo flights of C182 re-engined with Diesel SMA engine. Event is organized by Italian dealer CAE - Compagnia Aeronautica Emiliana.
SMA engine burns JET-A1 fuel instead of AVGAS usually powering piston engines, thus promises huge savings both in fuel and operating costs as well as some improvement in airplane performance.
