07-jan-2004 - As any year our FTO organizes a Basic Aerobatic Ground Course. This is a training session allowing, together with proper flight training, to obtain Aerobatic Rating according to Italian rules. Course's program includes history of aerobatics, aerotechnics, aerobatic figures, sport rules and recalls of aviation medicine. Courseware includes manuals, handouts and videos approved by Italian Aviation Authority, and is supplied by FTO.
Lessons will be held by Luca Salvadori every wednesday 2100-2300 from Jan 14 to Feb 18. Course attendance is open to everybody: active pilots as well as simple aviation enthusiasts wishing to increase their own knowledge on aerobatics. At the end participants will be awarded with a certificate of attendance valid as part of training syllabus. Course fee is €150,- including coruseware.
